Quest Air Hang Gliding: We can give your dreams wings.

Want to try a tandem hang gliding Discovery Flight? It’s as close to being a bird as you can get without being hatched. There’s no cockpit to separate you from nature and no roar of an engine. You’ll be able to feel the air tickling your face, to carve your wings through it, and often, to share it with eagles, Osprey and vultures. The views will make you understand why it’s called Lake County; the experience will make you understand why hang gliding is addictive. For more information, check out our Discovery Flights page.

If you get hooked and want to learn to fly solo, Quest is the best place on the planet to do it. Our licensed instructors are focused on helping you to reach your goals, using proven, confidence-building teaching methods. We’re fun, we’re friendly, we’re safety-conscious, and most importantly, we are dedicated to your success. For more information, check out our flight training page.

If you already know how to fly, but want to learn to aerotow, perfect your landings, or fly XC – or even if you’re a hot-shot pilot aiming at the next World Championship, we can help. Check out our advanced instruction page. Solo pilots are also welcome to come soar the Sunshine State’s legendary soft, fat thermals with us.

We’re only 30 minutes from Orlando’s theme parksbut you’d never know it! Quest invites you to take a deep breath and enjoy Florida the way it used to be. You can fish, swim or canoe in our private lake, enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub or relax in the clubhouse. We fly 365 days a year, weather permitting.

Johnny and Dustin Smash the East Coast records!

283 Miles!

Take two of the worlds best hang glider pilots
and set them loose at Quest and what do you get?

New Records that's what.

They took off around 11am and landed just before 7pm for a whopping 283 miles.

Not only did they smash the East Coast rigid wing distance record (234 miles),
they obliterated the East Coast flex wing record (218 miles)

It's no coincidence that both previous records were set here at Quest also.

Nice work guys!

Jonny Durand (AU)
